Angelo Rizzoli was
born in Milan on October 31st, 1889 and
he died on Settembre 24th, 1970.
He was a publisher, a film producer, a patron: in
a word he was a titanic personality.
His life was extraordinary: from the orphanage at
Martinitt to the financial world. He met the most
important personalities of that period. He built a
big empire. He became a legend. He was the point
of reference for people who called him "the
